Decisions and judgments..
“Do not deliver a judgment between two people if you are angry, hungry, ill or if your mind is busy with something else!”
Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi, Meccan Revelations, v.18, p.319
These states make it difficult for the person to think with common sense and thus may lead him to make faulty judgments regarding his decisons.
Decisions made and judgments passed under these states frequently lead to irreparable mistakes and big regrets.
If the person remembers this truth when he is in one of these states and avoids delivering a judgment, he will have earnwd and acted upon great goodness.
Allah (ﷻ) knows best.
