Represent!

When you decide to send a deputy or agent to someone for an issue to be resolved, be mindful of the characteristics of the deputy you are planning to entrust with this task.

Do not choose a person whose manners, attitudes, demeanor or appearance might be disliked by your addressee.

Choose someone who will pass on the message precisely and correctly.

Make sure that he is capable of fulfilling this assignment.

Make sure that he is trustworthy and loyal, and that he is aware of the importance of the task he is entrusted with.

Make sure he is someone who can represent you.

Choosing a deputy or agent with these points in mind will surely increase your chances of success.
