Sincerety requires effort!

Sincerety requires effort.

Himmat (concentration of the heart/spiritual will) is strengthened in proportion to effort.

The influence of the imaginal realm becomes manifest in the physical realm in proportion to the strength of himmat.

These occurrences are laws established by Allah (sunnatullah) and they come to being by means of causes.

Allah (ﷻ) knows best.
